Position: Business Development Executive & Operations Lead (Female)
Location: Dwarka Sector-12, New Delhi
Experience: Minimum 2 Years.
Salary per Month (CTC): Will be based on experience & will be combination of fixed, variable & commissions
Education: Any Graduate/BBA/MBA/
Key Skills: Must have local city knowledge. Will be handling Promotional and Operational function in real estate rental industry. You will be responsible for managing the Branch operations, hiring, managing, motivating & coordinating other staff members reporting to you. You will be deriving down the business plan towards execution. You will be managing the ‘walk-in’ customers. You will be responsible for developing best practices, operating processes & procedures to optimize the company operations.
Real Estate/ FMCG Distribution / Financial Industry /Insurance / Pharmaceutical sales, marketing, advertising, business development & operations management experience will be highly preferred. Candidate must possess leadership qualities along with excellent communication skills (written & spoken) & should be very confident, outspoken and having a good control on English Language. The person should be hard working, flexible, willing to take additional responsibilities, is proactive & bring in innovative ideas to improve our offerings to customers comparable to the best in the world while managing the profitability of the company.
